Drop Ship Terms:
Minimum Opening Order: There is no minimum order to setup a drop ship account.
Reorders: No minimum, buyer pays shipping charges.
Drop shipments: We will drop ship to anyone anywhere. Buyer pays shipping
charges, you can calculate your shipping charges in our shopping cart. There is a $2
drop ship fee on all orders. Pearson’s Renaissance Shoppe does not accept returns
from drop shipments to wholesaler’s retail customers. Retail customers must return
items to wholesaler. All drop ship orders are final sales. See the exception
below.
Drop Ship Return Policy: You will need a return authorization code, without a
return authorization code the return will be refused and returned to the sender. To
return a drop shipped item, you need to Contact Us within 2 days of your
customer receiving their order. If you do not contact us within 2 days, the sale is
final. Returns must be received within 10 days after the initial contact. This is our
way of cutting down on the "wear and return" scam so prevalent in this
industry...
Wholesale Terms:
Minimum Opening Order: To open a wholesale account at Pearson’s Renaissance
Shoppe, there is a minimum opening order of $400. Buyer pays shipping charges.
Reorders: $100 minimum, buyer pays shipping charges.
How to order wholesale:
By Fax: (603) 947-7738, anytime. For fast service, please use our wholesale order
form, which is attached.
By Email: hailey@pearsonsrenaissanceshoppe.coml.
Delivery: All items are kept in stock year round and shipped immediately. During the
peak Fall season, some items will be sold out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or
American Express. You can also send a money order or cashiers check.
Wholesale Returns Policy: Wholesaler has 5 days from delivery to inspect all items
for defects or damage, and administrative errors (shortages, overages, wrong
merchandise.) After 5 days, sale is final.
Items damaged due to abuse, misuse, or neglect will not be eligible for replacement
or accepted for return. Delivery / administrative error returns: It is the wholesaler’s
responsibility to notify Pearson’s Renaissance Shoppe within 5 days at the time of
delivery of damaged goods, shortages, overages, or incorrect items. Please be sure
to indicate whether damages or shortages have occurred during shipment. Items
returned for credit because of delivery/administrative errors will only be accepted with
telephone authorization prior to returning the items. Failure to provide notification
within this period will lead to denial of the claim, without exception.
Wholesale Returns procedures:
Wholesaler must email Pearson’s Renaissance Shoppe at
return@pearsonsrenaissanceshoppe.com within 5 days for a Return Authorization
Code.
Returned items should be packed securely in appropriate sized, sturdy cartons. A
copy of your packing list or invoice and a letter listing the item number(s) and reason
for return must be enclosed.
Returns are processed within 2-4 working days of receipt. Please help us by following
our procedures.
