A great addition to the Elise Dress. The Elise Skirt & Hat with a long tailed hood with pelerine, are made from 100% natural flax linen. Skirt has ties on the sides of the waist, also two vertical drawstrings are sewn in along the sides of the skirt. Elise Dress sold separately.
