Our Return Policy:
**Due the nature of our special occasion clothing, all sales are considered final. Unworn items in original condition may be exchanged for another size within 2 days of receiving your order. Defective items will be replaced if returned in unworn condition within 2 days of receipt.
**This does not mean we have to receive it within 2 days, but we must see that it is postmarked as such. To protect yourself, please inspect your items when you receive them and should you find an error, defect, or other problem please notify us immediately (within 2 days) so we can correct it!
**There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned footware.
**If we determine for any reason that a refund is due, we will issue you an authorization for that return. DO NOT PHONE US FOR THE CODE....Though we may be unavailable at times by phone, we are always answering email's, even by remote. So if you need to get a return code, please email us for it at pearsonsrenaissanceshoppe@gmail.com. Any returns received without an authorization code will be returned to the sender. If you decide you want to return your order, you must do so within 2 days of receiving the return authorization code. This is our way of cutting down on the "wear and return" scam so prevalent in this industry...
**All special order items, if returned, will be accessed a re-stocking fee of 25%. Any special ordered items that are canceled before receiving those items, will also be accessed the re-stocking fee. All custom order items are non-refundable.
**Shipping costs are not refundable. If the return procedures are not followed, the refund will be accessed a 20% restocking fee. Payment for an order constitutes implied agreement with and adherence to these terms, and the terms below.
**Returns/exchanges may take up to 1 - 2 weeks to process.

Damage due to Shipping: If there is any damage in shipping, we cannot give you a refund, and you will have to put in a claim with your shipper. UPS is usually very fast about paying on their claims. You must pay your own shipping charges when sending back an item.
